Summary
All sales of Hedging Grid EA are final. Due to the digital nature of the Product, we do not offer refunds once the Product has been delivered.
1. No Refund Policy
Hedging Grid EA is a digital software product delivered electronically. Once the Product files have been sent to your email, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable. This is because digital products cannot be "returned" — once delivered, you retain a copy of the software.
2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Unlike physical products, digital software can be duplicated and retained after a refund. To protect the integrity of the Product and fairness to all customers, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. We encourage you to carefully review all product information, the FAQ, and the risk disclaimer before purchasing.
3. What We Do Offer
While we don't offer refunds, we are committed to your success with the Product:
- Full setup support via our private Telegram community
- Assistance with installation, configuration, and broker setup
- Bug fixes — if the EA has a genuine technical issue, we will fix it
- Updates as per your purchased tier (Pro gets 5 updates, Lifetime gets all)
4. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions in the following rare cases:
- You were charged but never received the Product (after contacting us within 48 hours)
- You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
- A critical technical defect that we are unable to resolve
All exception requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. If you have an issue, please reach out to us directly — we're responsive and want to help. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in license revocation and reporting to the relevant payment processor.
6. Before You Buy
Please make sure you understand the following before purchasing:
- Hedging Grid EA is optimized for XAUUSD — it has not been tested on other instruments
- Grid trading strategies carry real risk, including significant drawdown
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- You need a broker that supports hedging mode on MT5
- A VPS is highly recommended for uninterrupted operation
- All sales are final once the Product is delivered
